OUR KEY VERSE
Isaiah 43:18-19 describes our desire for you and a reminder for us to keep seeking God’s leading:
“Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”
God’s desire is for each of us to move forward in our relationship with Him. God is actively working in our lives to be more like Him. ANEW! wants to be part of your journey in your relationship with Him.

OUR FOCUS & PURPOSE
To glorify God through the Word, Worship, and Witness.
WORD
Central to our service is the teaching of the Word of God (2 Timothy 4:2). We strive to learn about God and His ways, and to live out God’s Word in our everyday lives (James 1:22).
WORSHIP
Over the centuries, as well as today, music has been written for believers to worship God (Ephesians 3:16; Colossians 3:16). We believe music should be biblically accurate and singable. We will be using music from all generations.
WITNESS
God has called His followers to be His witnesses. It is shown through our love for one another (John 13:35), through being the hands and feet of Jesus (Matthew 5:13-16), and through sharing the Good News of salvation with others (Acts 1:8).

An Intergenerational Church
The church is a gathering of family (1 Timothy 3:15). This is the picture of the church in the New Testament. We desire to minister to all ages. This means there will be diversity, from young to old. Children (grades 5 on up) will participate in the service.
A Worshiping Church
Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs are an important to our worship of God (Ephesians 5:19). We believe that the congregation should lift their voices in worship. Instruments and worship teams are to provide the background to our worship experience. Our music selection will draw from great songs and hymns from various centuries. Scripture reading and prayer are important part of our worship service.
A Simple Church
A simple church focuses on a few key ministries. We believe in supporting outstanding ministries even in other churches.
A Serving Church
Each Jesus follower is to be seeking God’s direction in his/her life. The church is not just a gathering of believers to worship God, but it is also a dispersed church to minister to our community. God wants us to serve people around us—home, school, or work. God has more important plans for our lives. We are to allow God to direct our daily life.
A Concerned Church
The Apostle Paul was reminded that he was to remember the poor wherever he went (Galatians 2:10). We will encourage individuals as well as the church to remember and help those in need.
A Connected Church
Believers need to get to know each other. The best way we can encourage each other and know how to meet each other’s needs is to connect with each other outside of the worship service. This may be serving on a ministry team, being involved in a large group activity, or being part of a small group.
